I was approached by the lovely Jodi of Wander And Wonder Kids to help her with product styling for the launch of her website and for PR. Products included kids bedding (bassinet and cot size); bunting and handmade wooden cars.

The Product Styling Brief

• Set: Timber floorboards & white walls.
• Clean but relaxed lines.
• Scandi/monotone/neutral colours with boho styling… but not too much “stuff” (So many insta accounts lately look like they couldn’t cram another product in if they tried.)

Photoshoot Challenges

The shoot was a little on the challenging side because:

• It was in a home, not a studio
• It was absolutely bucketing down with rain (making the transportation of vintage bassinets and desks very challenging!)
• There wasn’t a lot of natural light due to weather conditions
• There were time constraints

But with Jodi staying calm and having worked with Shannon from Shannon Elise Photography before, who masterfully tackled the lighting issues, we managed to still have a laugh and were all really pleased with the results!
